Welcome to Vyners School
Vyners is an outstanding, co-educational, fully comprehensive and inclusive secondary school that has served the local community since it first opened its doors to children in 1959. Our aim at Vyners is simple - to be a great school where students have access to the best education possible.

Vyners is a positive and happy place to be. Students are incredibly well-mannered, look after one another and enjoy being here. They thrive both in and out of the classroom and as a result, leave as well-rounded individuals with the skills and abilities to take on the challenges of the twenty-first century.
We achieve this by providing outstanding learning opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom, as well as ensuring that each child has access to excellent pastoral care. We believe that every child can prosper in life if challenged and supported appropriately. A strong academic curriculum supported by outstanding personal development and co-curricular provision, helps Vyners students develop as individuals with the necessary skills to be successful in adult life.
Our school vision is driven by our values of Community, Aspiration, Respect and Endeavour. These values were co-constructed with students and underpin everything that we do. We understand that every child has a different starting point when joining the school but they each become part of a strong community that is committed to ensuring that they have every opportunity to succeed during and beyond their time with us at the school.
Vyners School is a proud member of the Vanguard Learning Trust, which is a local, cross-phase academy trust, working with Ruislip High School, Hermitage Primary School, Ryefield Primary School and Field End Junior School to provide outstanding, inclusive education for a large number of young people within Ickenham, Uxbridge and Ruislip.
